Exhibition of works by Colombian artists

Two Colombian artists join forces and present their vision of female empowerment
Colombian artists, Fira and María Mercado, join forces to offer an exhibition that revolves around female empowerment and human well-being. This exhibition, which fuses their artistic visions, will be presented at Casa Grau from September 30 to October 15, with an opening cocktail on October 3. Both artists are included in the list of the 50 most creative by Forbes.
Fira, known for being Colombia's first crypto artist, has managed to combine art and technology with a message that invites unity and connection in a world dominated by digital disconnection.

Her signature single-stroke style is a reflection on the importance of living in the present. Since she sold her first NFT in 2021, her career has taken off internationally, with exhibitions in Times Square and at Expo Dubai 2020, among other places. In addition, in 2022 she was named one of the 500 Most Influential People in Latin America by Bloomberg Línea.

For her part, María Mercado has focused her art on the representation of women in vulnerable situations. As a family lawyer, her artistic work has become a platform to make visible stories of female strength and resilience.
Mercado considers her mother as the greatest source of inspiration for her works. The artist has managed to bring her art to spaces such as the Beka Museum in New York, which has earned her recognition from the Bogotá City Council for her artistic contribution and her representation of Colombia abroad.
