Bogotá International Art Fair

These are the galleries that will participate in ARTBO | Fair 2024

The arts program of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce, ARTBO, announces the galleries that will participate in the next edition of ARTBO | Bogotá International Art Fair, which will take place from September 26 to 29 at Ágora Bogotá – Convention Center (Calle 24 # 38-47).

This year, the ARTBO Program celebrates two decades of contribution to the Latin American art scene, renewing its commitment to innovation and constant support for the sector. For 20 years, the program has played a crucial role in the economic and cultural development of Bogotá, promoting the professionalization and growth of artists, curators and galleries in the region.

The Fair has established itself as one of the most important business networking events in Latin America, standing out for its focus on quality and diversity. The 2024 edition will feature the Main, References, Projects, Site, Artecámara, Meetings and Artist Book sections.

Main Section: It will bring together national and international galleries selected by a specialized committee.
Projects Section: It will present projects by artists who are represented by a gallery and invited by a curator.

This year, ARTBO | Fair welcomes galleries from Argentina, Brazil, Cuba, Chile, Panama and the Dominican Republic, as well as from Germany, Spain, the United States and France. Among the highlights:

Ruth Benzacar (Argentina), with 50 years of experience, will present an innovative proposal that explores a queer appropriation of Latin American baroque imagery.
Aninat (Chile), will offer a space for debate and reflection on contemporary art and new media.
Klemm’s (Germany) and 193 Gallery (Paris) will provide a global vision with proposals that connect with emerging identities and diverse scenes.

Colombia will be represented by Instituto de Visión, which will exhibit artistic projects that explore ancestral knowledge related to botany and cosmogony. Espacio Continuo will offer projects that reflect on everyday life and the human experience. In addition, León Tovar Gallery and Mor Charpentier will present works that explore avant-garde Latin American art and universal human themes. National
