"Formas y Colores": Raúl Guzmán's new exhibition
The renowned artist from Catamarca inaugurated his exhibition "Formas y Colores" in Las Juntas.
The outstanding plastic artist Raúl Guzmán presented his new exhibition, "Formas y Colores" in the house of Julio Córdoba, a resident of Las Juntas (Ambato). The exhibition, composed of a selection of classic works and other unpublished works created this year, can be visited with free admission during the week. Next weekend, the exhibition will be part of a collective exhibition organized by the municipality of Las Juntas, which will take place in the Cultural Complex of the town.
The collection exhibits a wide range of techniques, including acrylic, pastel and ink, highlighting the artist's mastery in the use of color and drawing.
Career
Guzmán, with more than fifty years of experience, is recognized for his extensive work in painting, sculpture, muralism and monumental art. Among his most emblematic works are the Monumento y Plaza de El Aborigen in Valle Viejo, the Monumento a la Pachamama in Santa María and the Monumento a El Fuerte in Andalgalá.
Guzmán has been celebrating his extensive career with several exhibitions, reaffirming his influence on Latin American art and his legacy inspired by pre-Columbian cultures, also receiving multiple awards.
