The MMAMM invites you to the presentation of the book “Julio Le Parc: Movimiento sorpresa” by Dr. in Arts and Education, Vali Guidalevich, by Mgter. Carolina Martínez. The literary piece will be presented next Friday, November 8, from 7 p.m., with free admission.
In this book, the artist Julio Le Parc, in the first person, tells anecdotes from his life, shares his most significant works, revealing the mystery that originated them. In addition, he proposes different recreational activities based on his artistic path that enhance creativity and encourage the deployment of imagination.
About Vali Guidalevich
PhD “cum laude” in Arts and Education from the University of Barcelona, specialist in Educational Management (FLACSO), Visual Artist, University Professor and Textile Designer (FADU-UBA). Specialist in the articulation between Art, Education, Childhood and Museums. She created and coordinated the Artistic-Educational Program at the Recoleta Cultural Center and at the MALBA. Currently she coordinates the Education Area of MUNTREF/Visual Arts. Author of the book: Julio Le Parc: Surprise Movement by Pequeño Editor and of the Book Collection: Art for Goats. Antonio Berni / Xul Solar / Emilio Pettoruti / Luis Felipe Noé / Raúl Soldi / Marta Minujin. Editorial Albatros. She is a trainer of teachers of Preschool, Primary and artistic education, as well as an advisor on art for different educational and cultural institutions. She develops art programs in which more than 150 contemporary artists have participated together with children and adolescents.
About Carolina Eva Martínez
She is a professor and graduate in Fine Arts, with a Master's degree in Latin American Art, graduated from the Faculty of Arts and Design of UNCuyo; and a specialist in University Teaching from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters. She currently works as an adjunct professor in charge of Visual Arts, in the Department of Expression of the Faculty of Education. She is Director of Postgraduate Studies at the Faculty of Education of UNCuyo; Professor of Postgraduate Studies in Teacher Training at the National University of the Arts, Buenos Aires. She also works as a categorized researcher at the Faculty of Education of UNCuyo, her topics revolve around Contemporary Art and Education; Art, Memory and Education. Contemporary Art and Play in Early Childhood, Visual Studies and Latin American Art Education. She has coordinated numerous collective projects of Contemporary Art, has published various articles on art and has taught numerous extension and postgraduate courses as a trainer of trainers.
