JUST Latam 2025: 19 artists and 6 countries reinvent the cultural dialogue between Latin America and Europe
The Latin American section JUST Latam returns to the JUSTMAD International Contemporary Art Fair to reinforce its commitment to Latin American art, consolidating itself as a cultural bridge between both sides of the Atlantic. In its second edition as an official section, the platform brings together 19 contemporary artists and nine galleries from Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Ecuador, Mexico and Peru, promoting a dialogue on identity, sustainability and the role of Latin American art in the global context.
Under the curatorship of María Lightowler, a reference in Latin American art, JUST Latam presents a program that combines exhibitions, performances and debates in collaboration with Casa de América and, for the first time, with the Nadine Foundation, dedicated to artistic social entrepreneurship in the region. “This edition expands borders and reflects on the tensions between art, identity and the market,” highlights Lightowler.
