“Art of Love” exhibition spreads giant hearts across the streets of São Paulo

There are 49 works of art, created by 42 artists, under the theme “Love for São Paulo”. The urban art exhibition aims to support social impact initiatives by the NGO Gerando Falcões

Starting today, the largest city in Latin America is transformed into an open-air art gallery: the Art of Love exhibition has spread 49 works of art, created by 42 talented artists, across locations such as Avenida Paulista, Faria Lima, Juscelino Kubitscheck, Rua Oscar Freire, Praça Oswaldo Cruz, among many other iconic spots in the city. The pieces are giant hearts with exclusive paintings under the theme “Love for São Paulo”. The exhibition will be on display until September 30.

Art of Love is held by Artery, a company that is a reference in promoting major urban art exhibitions around the world, such as the Jaguar Parade and Elephant Parade, in partnership with the NGO Gerando Falcões.

“The works reflect each artist’s particular perspective on the city of São Paulo. Under the theme ‘Love for SP’, the exhibition is a dive into the riches of this city, transforming it into an open-air art gallery to connect artists, the public and social purpose”, says Carol Barreto, managing partner of Artery.

At the end of the exhibition, all the works will be auctioned and the proceeds will be donated to the social impact projects of the NGO Gerando Falcões.

“In addition to making art accessible to all audiences and impacting the lives of people who pass through São Paulo, one of our goals with this successful partnership is to show everyone that urban art is also entirely linked to the favelas and all the potential that exists in each of them”, explains Edu Lyra, Founder and CEO of Gerando Falcões.
