Meeting between philosophy and Latin American art

This Thursday there will be a meeting between philosophy and Latin American art
This Thursday 10th from 18:00 at the Café Teatral Emilio Alfaro of the Auditorium Theater (Boulevard Marítimo 2280) a new meeting between philosophy and Latin American art will take place, this time under the title “Philosophy and Latin American art: questions, images and sounds in our America”.

It is a conversation open to the public and crossed by different materialities that include the word, thought, music and images, proposing the opening of a set of questions that allow to question the meaning of the relationships between art and philosophy in the current Latin American context and to collectively explore the fertility of their contributions.

A proposal in which members of the Adolfo Abalos Art Teachers Institute will participate: Iván Cotleroff and Emiliano Rodríguez; the Martín Malharro School of Visual Arts: Javier Bertine and Rabiacuir; and the research groups “Philosophies from the South”: Nora Bustos and Jazmín Bregante and “Collective Aesthetics”: Romina Conti; from the Philosophy courses at the National University of Mar del Plata.

Admission will be with the contribution of a non-perishable food item that will be destined for the city's soup kitchens.
