Zona Maco 2025 and all its activities are usually part of the highlights of Art Week in CDMX, it is also one of the most important art fairs in Latin America and the world since it not only brings together and promotes the work of creators from our region but also helps us establish an overview of the world art scene by featuring galleries from around the world showing the proposals of those represented.

It is a space open to the general public, so anyone interested in knowing and learning about the current panorama of Mexican, Latin American and world art can visit this art fair where you will find established artists and new artistic proposals.

What is Zona Maco?

Zona Maco is an art fair platform. Its first edition was held in 2002 and was an idea by Zélika García that, so far, has 20 editions. We say fair because it has several divisions that take place over five days in CDMX.

This is a platform that seeks dialogue between established and emerging galleries and artists from Mexico, Latin America and the rest of the world aimed at collectors and the general public interested in art. It began as just Zona Maco Contemporary Art and, currently, it is made up of four fairs that take place at the same time. These are:

When does Zona Maco 2025 start?

Mexico's most important contemporary art fair will begin on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, which is the opening day, and will take place for five days.
When does Zona Maco 2025 end?

The last day of the art fair is Sunday, February 9, 2025.

Wednesday, February 5, 2025 - 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Thursday, February 6 and Friday, February 7, 2025 - 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturday, February 8, 2025 - 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Sunday, February 9, 2025 - 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Where is Zona Maco 2025?

Once again, the fair is taking place at the Citibanamex Center located at Avenida del Conscripto 311, Lomas de Sotelo, Hipódromo de las Américas, Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX.

There are different types of passes, either per day or subscriptions, to attend the five days of the fair. If you are a student, you can access a discount with your valid ID. These are:

General - 450 Mexican pesos (online) and 500 Mexican pesos at the box office.
Student - 350 Mexican pesos (online) and 400 Mexican pesos at the box office.
5-day general pass - 1900 Mexican pesos (online) and 2100 Mexican pesos at the box office.
5-day student pass - 1500 Mexican pesos (online) and 1700 Mexican pesos at the box office.
Platinum pass - 6000 Mexican pesos (online) and 6500 Mexican pesos at the box office.
