"100 por 100", an exhibition that offers discounts of up to 50% on original pieces of art

"100 per 100 Bolivian art" is the title of an artistic exhibition that refers to 100 works that, for one time only, are sold for $100 each.

They are works by three established Bolivian artists: Reinaldo Chavez, Leonardo Aliaga and Benito Guarachi.

Although each of them has collections of great value, at the end of the year they will sell them for 100 dollars, "which implies a discount of between 20 to 50% on the real price."

The pieces are exhibited at Casa Toscana Art Gallery, which is on Santiváñez Street, No. 0134.

Reinaldo Chávez studied Fine Arts at the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés (UMSA).

His works are “expression of the current moment”, as they reflect reality. He has collections in Bolivia, Peru, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, United States, Canada, Spain, Germany, Italy, France, United Kingdom, Sweden and Japan.

On his side, Leonardo Aliaga is a renowned caricaturist and plastic artist, whose pictorial approach focuses on social expressionism.

Today his pieces are represented in the main institutional collections of Bolivia, and in several private collections in the country and abroad.

Finally, Benito Guarachi is a versatile plastic artist whose art is essentially figurative, with themes that range from the most endearing landscapes of Bolivian geography, to recreations of quixotic scenes, to the bullfighting tradition. Guarachi has won numerous awards, particularly with watercolor, which is one of his favorite techniques.
