To warm up the fair, the SP-Arte Circuit is promoting a series of exhibition openings and events throughout the city of São Paulo
Another SP-Arte Circuit is coming up, which marks the warm-up for the 21st edition of one of the most influential and relevant art fairs in Latin America, to be held from April 2 to 6 at the Bienal Pavilion, located in Ibirapuera Park. Starting on Friday, March 14, several galleries, design studios, ateliers and independent spaces will be promoting an intense cultural program that will last the entire duration of the fair, with openings, cocktails, guided tours, meetings with artists and conversations about the world of art.
If you plan on checking it out up close and making the most of it, it's worth keeping an eye on the exhibitions and parallel activities – and we're here to help you. To make your itinerary easier, we have organized the galleries and institutions by neighborhood, in addition to providing our GuiaAQA, a map on Google Maps with the locations of around 60 cultural spaces.
This year's highlights include the opening of new spaces, such as the Yehudi Hollander-Pappi gallery, dedicated to young artists; the presentation of Vilma Eid's art collection at the Tomie Ohtake Institute; and unmissable solo exhibitions, with artists such as Isaac Julien, Lia D Castro, Mônica Ventura, Jorge Guinle and Pierre-Auguste Renoir.
Check out the schedule already available below, and stay tuned, as we will be updating the information constantly.
