A fair that enriches culture

The Bogotá International Art Fair (ArtBo) plays a fundamental role in the social, cultural and economic development of the capital of the national territory. In the social sphere, this event facilitates the interaction of citizens with contemporary art and provides access to artistic proposals from different parts of the world, promoting greater cultural sensitivity and reinforcing the idea of art as an essential component for personal and collective growth.
In addition, this is one of the fairs that encourages the inclusion of young talents by offering a platform for emerging artists to present their works, which contributes to democratizing access to art and generating new opportunities for their development in the professional field.

In the economic sphere, ArtBo has a relevant impact on each of the creative sectors of Bogotá. In addition, the fair attracts national and international galleries, becoming a space for commercial exchange that benefits artists, curators and gallery owners, stimulating the art market in Colombia. On the other hand, it promotes cultural tourism, which generates income for the city in sectors such as hotels, gastronomy and transport.
