The Casa Roja cultural space in Cochabamba is preparing an alternative Christmas fair that will open on December 22.
This “self-managed” scenario that is dedicated to creation, dissemination and cultural exchange promotes an event called the Christmas Fair, whose purpose is “for the community to come together to resist and create.”
Thus, among the confirmed exhibitors are, above all, artisans and alternative bookstores. Electrodependent and Arakne crafts stand out.
SHOW
The exhibition will simultaneously offer entertainment, through the screening of documentaries so that “let's reflect, chat and conspire.”
In addition, local DJs confirmed that they will entertain the fair. “We want to build light in resistance, through our skills and passions,” highlighted the Navidarks organization.
Something that stands out about this fair is that, apart from articles, it will offer knowledge. Visitors will be able to participate in illustration workshops, led by renowned professionals.
DEVELOPMENT
They confirmed that the fair will be held on December 22 and 23, from 11 in the morning until eight at night.
The location of this cultural space is Baptista Street, between Reza and México, No. 563.
Artists who are interested in being part of this exhibition can contact Casa Roja through its official Facebook page.
