MON's vacation schedule includes workshops and activities for children, teenagers and families
The Oscar Niemeyer Museum will have an intense schedule this January. Starting on the 8th, there will be several workshops and activities for children, teenagers and families. The activities will run until January 24th.
The proposals will occupy the Workshop Space, the exhibition rooms and the outdoor area (the Museum's lawn), providing new individual, sensory and collective experiences.
The goal is to explore some of the different techniques, languages, materials and possibilities that art offers. During the activities, participants will be able to try painting, engraving, photography, watercolor, learn more about the MON's current exhibitions and even participate in a circus workshop, among other activities.
The target audience for the activities are babies, children and teenagers. In order to create an environment of interaction between children and their families, participants must be accompanied by a responsible adult during the activities.
To participate, you must purchase tickets on the MON website (specific for each activity), costing R$36 (full price), R$18 (half price) or free for children up to 12 years old and over 60 years old. The activities have limited spaces.
The open workshops that take place on Wednesdays (the day when entry is always free) are free for everyone and are on a first-come, first-served basis for the activity. On Wednesdays, tickets must be collected directly at the box office and are subject to space availability.
