New contemporary art fair dedicated to Latin America in Paris

From September 18 to 24, 2024, Latin American art will have a window here in Paris thanks to MIRA, a new contemporary art fair. Manuela Rayo, co-founder of MIRA, spoke to us about this project, the result of the joint work of a team of Latin Americans and French in the French capital.

"It is the first fair in Europe dedicated 100% to artists from Latin America," says Manuela Rayo, one of the founders of MIRA, the new contemporary art fair that highlights Latin American artists in Paris.

In the second part of the program, we address the controversial judicial reform promoted by the Mexican government. If it is also approved in the Senate, judges and magistrates would be obliged to campaign to obtain the votes that allow them to remain in their positions. We interview Juan Alberto Ruvalcaba González, president of the Western chapter of the Illustrious and National Bar Association of Mexico. We also heard from Tyler Mattiace, Mexico representative of the NGO Human Rights Watch.

And finally, we spoke to American cyclist Kristen Faulkner, from Colorado. We spoke to her in Paris America before the 2024 Paris Olympic Games. After winning two Olympic gold medals, we asked her about her majestic solo triumph at the foot of the Eiffel Tower.
