The March edition of the Art for Adults (APM) program at the Oscar Niemeyer Museum proposes a discussion group and practical workshop with the artist from the Museum's collection, Bernadete Amorim. The action “Between full and empty, the back and forth of the plot” will have two meetings, on the 11th and 12th, from 2 pm to 5 pm, in the Workshop Space, located in the basement.
Participants will use their own hands as a loom, intertwining threads, jute cords, sisal and twine to create weaves and explore different patterns, according to the colors and thicknesses of the materials. Thus, creativity will guide the workshop, through weaving, when interspersed in multiple directions, revealing unique expressions of the real world.
Participation is free and people over 60 years old do not pay the entrance fee to the museum. However, advance registration is required and must be done using the form, click HERE.
