Cartoonists from all over the world are specially invited to pick up the brush and jointly spread world history and culture.

3. Exhibition

The organizer will organize outstanding works to be exhibited online on international professional comics websites, and hold offline touring exhibitions based on actual conditions.

6. Work requirements

(1) There is no limit on the number of entries, whether they win awards or not, and the method of expression, especially those suitable for exhibitions and online publishing;

(2) The work must be independently created, and plagiarism or copying of other people’s works is not allowed to participate in the competition;

Image format: JPEG format; maximum side length: 800-3000 pixels;

Saving quality: 10-12; resolution: 200-300dpi; file size: generally no more than 3M per image;

(4) Please attach the contestant’s name, country, address, email, phone number and other information.

7. Copyright Statement

The organizer has the following rights over the entries:

(1) Permanently displayed on international and domestic websites;

(2) A unified collection that can be published, exhibited or auctioned at any time;

(3) Publish in other media and publications;

(4) Other legal applications authorized by the organizer.

All participating authors are deemed to have acquiesced to the rules of this competition.

8. Review Committee, Planning

(1) The jury will invite internationally renowned cartoonists and art experts to form the jury

(2) Chief planner and chairman of the jury: Huang Qigong (director of the Cartoon Art Committee of Guangxi Artists Association and international cartoonist)

(3) The organizer will announce the list of judges according to the progress of the competition.

9. Award setting

Gold Award (1 person): electronic award certificate + PDF album

Silver Award (2 people): electronic award certificate + PDF album

Bronze Award (3 people): electronic award certificate + PDF album

Excellence Award (20 people): electronic award certificate + PDF album

Selected (about 100 people): electronic award certificate + PDF album

(The organizer will adjust the award content according to the progress of the competition)
