Walter Toscano

Walter Toscano is a plastic artist, cartoonist, illustrator, caricaturist, performer, producer of rag dolls and a Peruvian poet. In addition, he is the director, editor, coordinator, designer, diagrammer and illustrator of the editorial "Ultraunder ground Chameleon skin". He directs the magazines "Piel de Kamaleón" (literature) and "PerroKalato" (international graphic art). He is also part of the “Selfish Movement. He co” and runs the independent alternative design brand “Rags & Cartons”. He has obtained prizes and distinctions in painting, caricature and poetry at a national and international level. Likewise, he has carried out caricature and caricature shows in Austria, Brazil, Ecuador, Romania, among others.
