Raed Khalil

He was born in Syria on January 3, 1973. He is a Syrian cartoonist, who began publishing his works since 1988. He is also Director of the Syrian cartoon website: http://www.raedcartoon.com/ and Director of the Syrian International Cartoon Competition. In 2005 he organized the first International Cartoon Competition.
