André Dahmer Pereira (Rio de Janeiro, September 14, 1974) is a Brazilian designer. Author of the Malvados strips, which normally do not follow a chronological line, and have as characters two undefined beings, who are customarily compared to sunflowers, hence their nickname, "The Flowers of Evil". The strips are a politically incorrect critique of everyday customs and prisons. Due to the behavior of the two characters, they became known as Malvadinho (the one who suffers the most) and Malvadão (the owner of very acidic reviews). In addition to the Evil Ones, the cartoonist is also known for having created the character Emir Saad, a sadistic and self-centered dictator, who controls his kingdom (the fictional kingdom of Ziniguistan) based on carnage, dictatorship, threats, torture and humor. , the "City of Fear" series, a strip about violence and more recently, the "10s Comics" series, a series of strips that show the contradictions of the world and contemporary society of the 21st century - especially talking about the Internet, , work, capitalism, relationships and other subjects. Between one and another of his characters and series of strips, the author places himself as an autobiographical character and satirizes his own memories and paranoia, especially in relation to women. His creations have already appeared in Jornal do Brasil, on the internet portal G1, in the newspaper O Globo, in Folha de S. Paulo, Piauí and Caros Amigos. .
