Zlatkovsky Mikhail M. was born in 1944. He is a professional artist in the field of cartoons, illustrations, posters, animations and media design. He has won 272 international awards, including around 60 Great and First places in Belgium, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Iran, Japan, Poland, Russia, Serbia, the United States and Yugoslavia. In addition, he won the Russian National Prize for Journalism “Golden Pen”. He has also held personal exhibitions in Armenia, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Switzerland, Turkey, the United States and Yugoslavia. He is an honorary member of the French Academy of the Art of Humor, a member of the International Academy of Pedagogy, a member of the Saint Petersburg Academy of Great Masters, president and member of Juries in Bulgaria, France, Italy, Iran, Cyprus, Poland, Russia, Turkey, the United States, Yugoslavia, founder and president of the Union of Russian Caricaturists, professor with a bachelor of science in art research and author of the book “The History of Caricature in Russia”.
