“I was born on October 19, 1963 and started making cartoons in 1980. I have been an editorial caricaturist since 1990 and work for several Romanian newspapers. I am also art director of “Maxim Press” and designer and illustrator of books and posters. I held personal exhibitions in Bucuresti, Calarasi (Romania), Gabrovo (Bulgaria) and Novi Sad (Serbia), in addition to the ceramic cartoon exhibition in Bergen op Zoom (Netherlands) in 2007, I won third place in the World Press Cartoon (Sintra, Portugal) and many other awards. I was a member of international juries in Germany, Serbia, Bulgaria, Turkey, Macedonia and Romania.”
