Ulisses Araujo was born in Tres Ríos, Rio de Janeiro on March 6, 1960. He started drawing from a very early age at school. He later he would dedicate himself to Graphic Humor. His apprenticeship was done at SESC Three Rivers with various teachers from the city. Works and collaborations “Pasquim 21”, “Veja” magazine, “Sapoconho” magazine (graphic humor) In the Spanish magazine “Fene”, also in “Speakup”, magazine “Selecciones” (Cartoons), in the visual dictionary “Houaiss” (Brazilian Popular Music). Ricardo Cravo Albim, Caricature of Chico Anizio for the book "It's Chico Lie", edited by Ziraldo and the teen magazine “Atrevidinha”. One of his hobbies was drawing for the “Globinho Globe” section. Likewise, he illustrated for magazines such as “Ediouro”. He currently illustrates the children's magazine “Popsicle Ediouro”.
