Ilian Savkov

He was born in 1961 in Kritchim, Bulgaria. In 1980 she graduated from the Plovdiv English Language School. She is an editorial cartoonist for the Bulgarian “Standart” newspaper. He works creating caricatures, drawings and painting. He has also organized numerous exhibitions in Bulgaria, Poland and the United Kingdom.
