Ashik Aseem is a travel photographer from Kerala who has gained recognition for his unique project where he captures photographs of people during his travels and later returns to give them prints of their photos. This project, titled “Giving Back What I Took,” began after an interaction with an old lady in Spiti Valley who expressed that she would never see the photo Ashik took of her again.
