Luc Descheemaeker was born in 1955. He is a Belgian cartoonist and humor photographer whose stage name is 'O-SEKOER'. He is a retired art teacher. Throughout his professional career he has written books: “Hersenschimmen” (1983), “De Katte Loog” (1988) “O-Sekoer Cartoons” (1999) and “O-sekoer Cartoons” (2015). His palmares has more than 250 international awards from around the world.
