- Mexican muralism: Artistic movement developed in Mexico at the beginning of the 20th century, characterized by large murals with social and political themes. The murals by Diego Rivera, José Clemente Orozco and David Alfaro Siqueiros stand out.
- Naive Art: Naive and spontaneous pictorial movement that emerged in Haiti and spread to several Latin American countries. It is characterized by simple and lively representations, with a childish appearance.
- Pre-Columbian art: Artistic manifestations of the indigenous cultures of America before European colonization, such as ceramic pieces, sculptures, textiles, metalwork, among others.
- Folk music: Traditional genres from each country such as Chilean cueca, Argentine tango, Caribbean salsa, Cuban son, Mexican ranchera, etc.
- Crafts: Various manual and traditional expressions such as clay, ceramics, textiles, saddlery, wood work, among other crafts. Each region has its own traditions.
- Literature: Magical realism, the Latin American boom with writers like García Márquez, Vargas Llosa, Julio Cortázar. Also the poetry of Pablo Neruda.
